Superheoine Diaries Entry 1: Secret Orginin!

My name is secret. I mean, like, not really. I’m not like named like 'Secret Jones' or something. Duh. My parents aren’t celebrities or anything. I just mean I can’t tell it to you. Why? Because...I’m a superhero!

You're probably asking how an eight year old girl became a superhero.

Did I mention the fact I’m eight years old and a girl? Well I am. And like I said I’m a superhero.

                                                                      Who am I? I am...

How did I become ‘Rainbow Girl’? It’s ssssooo cool. Listen.

One time I was just a normal eight year old girl playing normally at a normal playground. I was there with my favorite doll Martha and we were making a sandcastle and a bully came up to me and said “Hey. I’m a bully. And I’m going to bully…YOU!” and he kicked my sand castle and sand went into my eye so that I didn’t see what he looked like and when I wiped the sand out of my eye he was gone and I saw this….

I cried. My mommy came over but she was too late. Martha was dead…and headless too. She offered to by me a new doll but no doll could replace Martha. Mommy’s words didn’t comfort me. And they never would again.

That day I lost more than my favorite doll and a prime piece of beach front property. I lost my innocents.

I realized parents couldn't be everywhere at once. Especially if you have a little brother cause they’re crazy and might eat stuff that isn’t food. And that’s when a bully can attack.

That night I wished could stop the bullies in the world. All the bullies. I swore to Martha that I would...

...and then I fell asleep. And I slept and I slept and I slept.

Until…

“Hello,” she said. “I am your Superhero Godmother”

“Gasp” I said “Are you the godmother who visits children after they’ve been wronged and gives them the chance to make things right by making them superheroes?”

“Yep” she said.

“Then I want to be a superhero!” I said

And then she said…”I was wishing you’d say that”.

And then she was all like….

And when she was done...I was Rainbow Girl!

And I had a whole bunch of awesome crime fighting stuff, like….

And just like a whole bunch of other cool stuff that I keep in my....PURSE OF JUSTICE!!!!

So watch out bullies…and mean girls…and teachers who give too much homework…and little brothers who try and eat your things even though they are not food…and parents who yell at you like it’s your fault your brother put a Barbie shoe in his mouth…and all you other bad guys too.

Because I am…RAINBOW GIRL!

And I can be everywhere at once...

The end!!!

(Join me next Monday and I'll tell you how I fight...Bull-Boy, The Bullying Boy!)
